Project Management

Team lead for ecotourism development in 10 different tribes in Taichung and Hsinchu (Taiwan), ecotourism marketing, and craft promotion. Coordinated the work of 3 other colleagues.  (Total of 4 projects)

Writing Project Proposals

Proposals for government-funded projects on the development of community-based ecotourism, organization of aboriginal tribes, and craft promotion.（9 projects funded out of 9 submitted）

Generate Report and Presentation

Wrote the final report of all the activities performed during the funded projects. I then presented the results for evaluation to a 10-member government committee.（11 reports and presentations）

Art Exhibition Curation

Curator of the exhibition “Shape of life―Hsinchu County Crafts”(Oct. 2019, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Taipei, Taiwan)

Website and Graphic Design

UI and UX designer for ecotourism events (11 websites in total). Created several graphic designs including information leaflets, tourist maps, name cards, and product packages.  (see “gallery” on my website)

Art works

Team leader for the installation artwork: “2016 Taiwan Lantern Festival―Peach Blossom Forest”and craft. My work consisted in drawing the CAD model (Rhino software), building the scale model, and supervising the construction of the real-life structure.

Organization of Lessons

Organized taught classes of environmental education, heritage interpretation, and community management.

Itinerary Planning and Guiding for Tourists

Organized 14 travel itineraries to visit aboriginal tribes in Taichung and Hsinchu (Taiwan). My work consisted in planning the trip, advertising the program to tourists, coordinating the visit with the tribe members, and guiding the tour.
